Namparoger Shipping Policy
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order before it ships.
Some items in our store are fulfilled by different suppliers, including Shopify Collective partners and international warehouses. Because of this:
• Your order may arrive in multiple shipments
• Each shipment may have its own tracking number
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the suppliers involved
• The final shipping total will be shown at checkout
Shopify Collective Shipping Expectations
Certain brands in our store are fulfilled through Shopify Collective. These items:
• Ship directly from the original supplier
• May have different processing and transit times than Namparoger‑fulfilled items
• Will always ship separately from the rest of your order
• Generate tracking information once the supplier fulfills the item
If your order contains both Collective and non‑Collective items, you will receive separate packages and separate tracking updates.
International Shipping
Some products in our catalog ship from international warehouses depending on availability.
International shipments may require additional transit time, typically 7–20 business days, and may pass through customs before final delivery.
All international shipments include tracking, and we’ll keep you updated as your order moves through each stage.
Tracking Information
Once each part of your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, you’ll receive multiple tracking emails.
Delays & Supplier Timelines
Shipping timelines may vary depending on:
• Supplier processing times
• Carrier delays
• Holiday volume
• Inventory availability
• International customs processing
We’ll always pass along tracking updates as soon as we receive them from the supplier.
