Some items in our store are fulfilled by different suppliers, including Shopify Collective partners and international warehouses. Because of this:

• Your order may arrive in multiple shipments • Each shipment may have its own tracking number • Shipping costs are calculated based on the suppliers involved • The final shipping total will be shown at checkout

Standard Shipping Rates — North America (United States)

These rates apply to all products sold by Namparoger LLC / Burning Reign, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Economy Shipping • Free for orders $35.00+ • $5.99 for orders under $35 • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Standard Shipping • $8.99 • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

These timelines apply to domestic U.S. shipments fulfilled directly by Namparoger LLC / Burning Reign or U.S.-based suppliers. Collective and international suppliers may operate on different timelines (see below).

Shopify Collective Shipping Expectations

Certain brands in our store are fulfilled through Shopify Collective. These items:

• Ship directly from the original supplier • May have different processing and transit times than Namparoger LLC / Burning Reign‑fulfilled items • Will always ship separately from the rest of your order • Generate tracking information once the supplier fulfills the item

If your order contains both Collective and non‑Collective items, you will receive separate packages and separate tracking updates.

International Shipping

Some products in our catalog ship from international warehouses depending on availability.

International shipments may require additional transit time, typically 7–20 business days, and may pass through customs before final delivery.

All international shipments include tracking, and we’ll keep you updated as your order moves through each stage.

Tracking Information

Once each part of your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, you’ll receive multiple tracking emails.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

• Supplier processing times • Carrier delays • Holiday volume • Inventory availability • International customs processing
