Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items (see Non‑Returnable Items below).


How to request a return

  • Visit our site and click “Sign in”

  • Enter your email (no password needed)

  • Open your order and select “Request a return”

We’ll review your request and follow up with next steps.


After your return is approved

  • You’ll receive a return label and instructions

  • All items must be sent to the Burning Reign Returns Center (address below)

  • We do not accept returns sent directly to manufacturers, suppliers, or third‑party warehouses

  • Items sent back without an approved return will be rejected

Return conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and original packaging included

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


All jewelry sales are final

All jewelry purchases are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our jewelry is:

  • Handcrafted or uniquely finished, often with natural variation in stones, metals, and detailing

  • Designed with hypoallergenic and hygiene‑conscious materials, intended for direct contact with skin

Because of this:

  • Once jewelry has left our care, we can no longer guarantee its sanitary condition or resale as new

  • Even brief wear can affect the finish, integrity, or hygiene of the piece

To protect the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns on jewelry for reasons such as change of mind, fit, or preference.

Exception for issues: If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items). We’ll review the situation and, once verified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If your non‑jewelry item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • Please allow standard bank processing times for the refund to appear


Non‑returnable items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • All jewelry — Final Sale due to its handcrafted, hypoallergenic, and hygiene‑sensitive nature

  • Sale items — all items marked as “Sale” or discounted are Final Sale

  • Final Sale items (as labeled on the product page)

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Sale and Final Sale items are priced accordingly and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances, except in the rare case of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error reported within the stated timeframes.
